Policy for withdrawals, returns and exchanges

The Buyer can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods (in the case of multiple goods from the day he received the last good) without any penalty and without any justifying cause. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must follow the procedure described below.

Following the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer will receive a refund of the purchase via PayPal or by credit card (the refund method will be the same used for payment).

Furthermore, the Buyer is informed that the costs of returning the Product will be borne by him.

The Buyer must return the Product no later than 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal.

If the Buyer decides not to exercise the right of withdrawal, but wants to make an exchange of the Products purchased, this can be done within 14 days of receiving the goods (in the case of multiple goods from the day on which he received the last good ) without any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must follow the procedure described below.

Even in the event of an exchange of Products, the return costs will be borne by the Buyer

The Buyer must return the Product no later than 14 days from the date of communication of the exchange.

The procedure for withdrawals and exchanges is as follows:

• send an email to alberto.bucciarelli@bikespices.com specifying the order number and whether it is a withdrawal or return and the reason for the return (wrong size, defective product specifying the defect, color different from the photos seen on the site, etc.)
• wait for the response email from Customer Service certifying acceptance of the return
• store the item in the original case with its accessories;
• the Buyer may choose a courier of his choice to return the Product.

The exchange procedure, in particular, will be deemed to have been carried out correctly if the Product is intact, unused and not damaged, including the original packaging, labels and protective stickers intact.

The Company reserves the right to evaluate the integrity of the returned Product and assumes no responsibility for any Products lost during the return and exchange delivery procedure.

The Buyer, in relation to both the withdrawal and the exchange of the Products, is responsible for the decrease in the value of the returned Product if it is damaged or incomplete with all its main and accessory elements: in this case the refund will be equal to the value Product residue. For this reason, the Buyer is invited to return the Product in a packaging that preserves its integrity and protects it during transport.

However, if the Buyer has received an incorrect, incomplete, defective or damaged Product, he/she will be entitled to a refund or replacement by presenting suitable photographic documentation. The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product. In this case, the shipping costs for returning the Product will be borne by the Company.
